Designed and integrated for efficient, trouble-free operation, Quickpak electrical panels are comprehensive electrical automation centers for water and wastewater pumping stations and treatment plant applications. Quickpak panels combine selected automatic pump and process control systems with protective, alarm, and monitoring equipment chosen to meet the highest standard of quality. The Quickpak panels shall be furnished to monitor and automatically control the lift station pumps in a pump-down mode of operation in response to the wet well level process variable based on preconfigured user-adjustable setpoints. The Quickpak panels shall incorporate the 1500ct controller. The controller shall be specifically designed for water and wastewater pumping automation utilizing built-in preconfigured control and telemetry strategies allowing pump up or down mode control of from one to four pumps. The 1500ct is an “open” control platform that can be used to control and monitor up to four constant or variable speed pumps in either pump-up or pump-down modes. This versatility makes the 1500ct able to control even difficult pump applications like pressure and flow controlled water booster pumping stations.
