Description
This automated cartridge delivery system contains a water based suspension of preselected, adapted of microorganisms used to treat fats, oils, and greases (FOG). This product consumes the regular buildup of FOG with a by-product of water and carbon dioxide in order to keep drains, drain lines, and traps free flowing and to reduce odors. This system is designed for the use in commercial kitchen drains to remove and prevent buildup of FOG and increase the flow of used water while eliminating the need for the use of harsh chemicals. This also reduces the need for hydro-jetting. The contents of each cartridge, when injected using the automated dispenser, treats drains receiving the waste generated by up to 750 meals per day. Each dosing system (cartridge and dispenser) is programmable, but it is typically set up for a 30-day release schedule.
